This opportunity offers far more than two race cars. It combines operational motorsport assets, professional paddock equipment, extensive spare-parts stock and dedicated premises. Potential uses include a racing team, track days, hospitality, corporate events or another commercial concept, subject to required permits.
Totaalplan Racing offers a complete racing package: Lamborghini Super Trofeo race cars, spare parts, tyres, workshop equipment, professional race transport, hospitality facilities and real estate in Belgium.
Two race cars from 2015 and 2018, described by the owner as fully operational and race-ready. Before entering competition, applicable inspections, homologations, safety equipment and regulations must be checked again.
Truck, hospitality and transport trailer with facilities including a generator and compressor. Professional paddock tent accommodating up to three race cars.
Two tyre-warming tents, transport trolleys, a fuel rig and supporting equipment for transport, preparation and circuit operations. Exact contents will be confirmed in the final inventory.
Extensive stock including bumpers, wheels, brake discs, pads, sensors and tyres. The indicative inventory currently contains 129 line items and 221 tyres. The owner estimates total original replacement-new value at around €250,000; quantities, condition and valuation remain subject to verification and completion.
Showroom, workshop, parking and adjacent enclosed grassland totalling approximately 20,000 m². The property forms part of the proposed full acquisition. Title, boundaries, permits and transaction structure will be verified during due diligence.
An established motorsport presence as a platform for racing programmes, track days, VIP hospitality, brand partnerships and events. No future revenue or returns are guaranteed.
Indicative asking price €3,000,000–€3,500,000 including real estate. Final pricing and scope depend on buyer requirements, agreed assets, potential liabilities and the selected legal and tax structure.
A 25–50% stake can be discussed with an investor or active partner. Valuation, capital contribution, governance, operational role and shareholder arrangements will be negotiated separately. The full-acquisition asking price is not automatically the basis for a share price.
Following an initial discussion, qualified candidates may receive additional documents, an updated inventory and a site visit. A non-disclosure agreement may be agreed first.
